Sendsmaily OÜ (Smaily) uses third parties to support the availability of our Services. Some of these third parties are engaged as “subprocessors” to host or process customer data, which may include personal data.
Prior to engaging any third party that accesses production infrastructure or processes customer data, Smaily performs due diligence reviews of each third party's information security program, privacy practices, confidentiality commitments and, if needed, puts additional appropriate contractual terms in place to ensure sufficient guarantees that the processing will meet the high standards required by Smaily and applicable laws (e.g GDPR).
A list of subprocessors currently used to provide our Services is set out below. Smaily will update this page when necessary. Please review the information frequently for any updates and to view the most current subprocessor list.

Alltöötlejad
Sendsmaily OÜ (Smaily) kasutab Teenuse osutamisel ka kolmandaid osapooli. Mõned neist on esindatud kui "alltöötlejad", kes hoiavad või töötlevad meie klientide andmeid, mille koosseisus võib olla ka nende klientide isikuandmeid.
Enne kui kolmas osapool teenuse ja / või meie toodangu taristuga kokku puutub, mh kliendiandmete töötlemiseks, uurime põhjalikult alltöötleja andmeturbe ja konfidentsiaalsuse põhimõtteid, privaatsuspoliitikat ning, kui on vajalik, sõlmime täiendavad lepingulised suhted, et andmetöötlus vastaks Smaily seatud kõrgetele nõuetele ja seadusandluse kohustustele (nt GDPR).
